I entered an incorrect address, what should I do?

Address changes can only be corrected within 24 hours of placing your order.
Can I cancel my order?
You may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, cancellations may not be possible as your order will already be in process.
My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
We take great care to package each item securely. However, in rare cases (around 1 in 1000 shipments), products may arrive damaged due to courier handling.

Art Dei Marmi is not responsible for damages caused after the product has been received and used. Replacements are only offered for items delivered in a damaged or defective condition, which must be reported on the same day of delivery.
