At Art Dei Marmi, we are committed to delivering our exquisite furniture to you with care and efficiency.
In most cases, your order will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival mentioned on the product page. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by courier arrangements, product customization, weather conditions, and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information provided or contact our customer care for the most accurate delivery update.
Kindly note that your order might be delivered in one or more batches. If you do not receive all your items in the first package, sit back and relax, as they should be delivered in a subsequent batch, for which you will receive a separate update and tracking number.
If all your items are not delivered within the estimated delivery time (mentioned on the product page), or if your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our Customer Service team immediately to verify the status of your order.
Shipping Terms
Delivery Area:
We currently deliver our products within the UAE only.
Delivery Time:
Delivery typically takes between 4 to 6 working days, depending on the product and any customizations. Please refer to the Shipping Information on each product page for a more accurate delivery estimate.
Delivery Process:
Our items are shipped using our trusted third-party logistics partners directly to your doorstep. Please be advised that our standard delivery includes only delivery to your doorstep, placement & installation, or assembly of items inside the house.
NB: For Custom/ Special requests, additional charges may apply for placement or installation services. Details specific to each product are provided on the product page.
Shipping Costs:
We are pleased to offer COMPLIMENTARY FREE SHIPPING across all Emirates of the UAE.
Flexible Payment Options:
We want to make your dream projects achievable. We offer convenient installment payment plans through select partners. Please contact our customer care team to learn about the available plans and eligibility.
Expedited Shipping:
Fees for our expedited shipping service range from AED 150 to AED 250, depending on the item's size, weight, and your location. Please note that expedited shipping applies exclusively to ready-made, in-stock items and not to made-to-order or customized products. For more information or to request an expedited delivery, kindly contact our customer care team.
Order Processing:
Orders need to be placed before 1:00 PM to be processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
International Shipping:
Please note that we do not offer international shipping for our products at this time.
However, if you wish to import your order from Art Dei Marmi to another country, our dedicated customer care team can assist by providing you with the approximate actual and volumetric weight specifications for your order.
Oversized & Heavy Item Deliveries:
Due to the nature and significant weight of our products, special arrangements are often required. Before ordering a large or heavy item (e.g., large slabs, dining tables, heavy vanities), please ensure that your building access, elevator capacity, and doorway dimensions can accommodate the product's size and weight. It is essential to measure these in advance to prevent any delivery difficulties, as returns for accessibility issues may incur substantial restocking and freight fees. If you have any concerns about accessibility, feel free to contact our customer support team for guidance before placing your order. Ensuring proper access will help us deliver your item smoothly and hassle-free.
