Returns, Refunds, Cancellations & Warranty Policy

1. Order Cancellations

At Art Dei Marmi, every item is handcrafted and made to order using natural materials.

- Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.
- After 24 hours, orders are considered confirmed and sent into production.
- No cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours.

If a cancellation is accepted within the allowed time:
- You may choose to receive a store credit for the full amount paid, or
- Apply the paid amount toward a different item of your choice.

No cash refunds will be issued.

2. Returns

Due to the custom and specialized nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot process refunds or returns. This policy applies to all situations, including:

  • Client changes to preferences or dissatisfaction.

  • Differences resulting from the natural variation of materials (e.g., marble or stone).

  • Errors arising from measurements submitted by the client.

3. Refunds

We do not issue refunds to the original method of payment.
If an exception is approved due to a production error or incorrect item received:
- A store credit will be issued, valid for 6 months
- The store credit is non-transferable and non-refundable

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- Include photos and a brief description of the issue
- Upon approval, we will offer a repair, replacement, or store credit, at our discretion

In such cases, Art Dei Marmi will cover all transportation, return, and redelivery costs.

Please note: Natural veining, color shifts, and textural differences in stone are not defects and are part of what makes marble unique.

5. Product Care

All purchases include an Instruction Kit to help you maintain the beauty and durability of your marble item.
The guide includes:
- Proper handling techniques
- Approved cleaning methods
- Tips for preventing damage

Following these instructions is essential for protecting your product over time.

6. Sale & Discounted Items

All sale items, discounted products, and items purchased during limited-time promotions or seasonal offers are considered final sale.

β€’ These items are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or store credits under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

β€’ Natural variations in marble or stone

β€’ Issues related to promotional bundles or limited-edition offers

β€’ This applies regardless of the reason for return, unless a production error is confirmed and acknowledged by Art Dei Marmi.


Customers are encouraged to review product specifications carefully before purchasing discounted or promotional items.

6. Warranty

Due to the natural properties of marble and other stones, Art Dei Marmi does not offer a warranty or guarantee on the lifespan or performance of our stone products.

Each slab of marble is unique and can vary in porosity, color, and texture. Its long-term condition depends on:
- Usage habits
- Environmental exposure
- Proper maintenance

We are not liable for:
- Stains, etching, discoloration, or cracks due to improper care or usage
- Damage caused by third-party handling or installation.
